When is payment due?
The first $3,250 is due when the search is commissioned. The remaining $3,250 is due when you hire a candidate introduced by Business Talent Partners.
What does the fee include?
The fee covers role discovery, sourcing and headhunting, screening, structured interviews, relevant assessment, shortlist preparation, interview coordination, reference verification and offer and onboarding support.
What if I do not hire?
The success portion of the fee is not due unless you make a hire. The initial search fee covers the work required to launch and run the search and is governed by the signed service agreement.
Is there a replacement guarantee?
Yes. We intend to offer a 12-month replacement guarantee, subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions set out in the signed service agreement.
Who employs the candidate?
Under our recruitment model, you hire the selected professional directly. Any employment, contractor, payroll or employer-of-record arrangement should be confirmed separately based on your circumstances.
Are taxes or transfer costs included?
Any taxes, payment processing or currency conversion costs that may apply are set out in your client agreement before the search begins.
